Just a quick question if any one can advise....

Have just ordered an upgrade from ADSL to FTTC. How long does it normally take from order to activation date? on average that is.....

OpenReach lead times tend to be from 5-10 working days for physical changes which require an engineer to visit a cabinet/exchange.
