Hi guys, long time no see.

Today I got my annual calls bill from IDNet for the grand sum of £5.14. Usually I can go in to my account and see what the calls were, where they were made to etc but I can't find the list now. I'm on my customer dashboard but see no option to see all my calls. I must be in the wrong place but it's been a year since I last looked and I can't remember! Any help?

I think the PDF of the bill will have some itemization on it.

It doesn't have the phone numbers called which full itemisation gives. I'm guessing it's no longer available.

Start at IDNet Dashboard

Find Telephone section - click "call summary" button

Then select the "Monthly" tab

Find the month you're interested in, then click on the "View Calls" link for full itemization.

If you want a CSV to download, there's a link on the page you get.

Thank you. That's perfect. I shall keep the instructions somewhere safe.. or maybe I'll be back here asking again next year :laugh:
