Title: Line rental
Post by: Glenn on Dec 04, 2016, 09:09:51
QuoteHouseholds are being ripped off when it comes to landline rental prices, damning evidence from Ofcom suggests.

Telecoms providers have been rising line rental prices consistently since 2010 largely blaming 'infrastructure costs' - but the watchdog says wholesale costs have actually fallen by a quarter in that period.

What an absolute disgrace.  Rip-off Britain is alive and well.

I have to say that IDNet do absolutely outstanding phone packages and their line rental has been one of the cheapest around, for years.
With this in mind, the only reason I'm with another ISP is because just through their size, they perhaps have more clout when it comes to beating BT over the head, when it comes to sorting broadband faults.
