I'd actually rather have a decent mobile phone signal around here, as I think that is more important than ultra-fast broadband.  Currently, as soon as I go out of town, I lose the signal, and when you live in rural locations, and break down in a country lane in your car, a mobile phone signal would be far more useful than nano-speed internet.
