Title: No network connection

Anyone else lost PPP with IDNet? Mine went down at 00:13 and has.been down all night.  :bawl: tried another router same issue. Called out of hours no help at all.

Cheers Simon. I'm getting the feeling it's something to do with me being on a new gateway and when idnets systems clicked over at midnight it confused it. I was on gw5 now gw7 though zen. I'll call support when real support is in  :eyebrow:

Network outage according to the recording on IDNet it says check the status page but that shows everything is ok which is handy.

Got though to support and Simon is checking as he was not aware of any outage. Not saying there it's the one though.  ::) status page still shows ok.  ;D

Well it looks like it's the final part of me being moved to Zens PoP now  ::) have to say the vagueness is not impressive. Could be 10 mins could be 2 hours it's already been 8 hours  :eyebrow:

12 hours without internet due to a mess at BTORS end not finishing a routing change and still waiting. Not impressed  >:(
