Hi,

I have just received an additional bill for excess peak bandwidth. I can't find what the peak bandwidth allowance is anywhere on the IDNet site. I have been billed for an additional 18gb in November but my total usage for the month was only 31gb. Slightly confused. Any ideas?

All I can find is this https://www.idnet.net/data_products/adsl2plus.php I think a quick call to support on Monday will resolve things.
