Title: Inkjet versus laser-jet printers
Post by: Broadback on Sep 21, 2015, 13:10:26
Apart from the cost I am fed up with replacing cartridges frequently, at no small cost, even though O do not consider myself a large user. What are the opinins here? If replacing my,not verry old HP inkr jet what suggestions are there for a laser please?
TIA

Take a look at http://www.printerland.co.uk/Laser-Printers-C2.aspx it will give you an idea of costs, always look to see how much the toner cartridges are to replace.

Do you use original or compatible ink cartridges?

My Canon printer uses individual cartridges and I buy compatible ones from Prink (http://www.prink.co.uk). I know some people will only use originals but I've found the compatible ones from Prink very satisfactory and they cost much less than originals.

I use a Canon ip6700D printer but buy my cartridges from  http://www.cartridgediscount.co.uk/ this month they have a discount of an extra 15% off but they always have a discount scheme off their great prices. I find the quality of the printing superb for colour including glossy photos.   :D
