Title: Niggling problems
Post by: Broadback on Aug 22, 2015, 09:07:59
Having got my computer back working I am left with niggling problems. The top one being Mozilla Thunderbird 38.2, when I receive an email that contains information from the internet that information does not dis[play, instead I get a blank box. Now I am sure I remember there being an option to switch it on, but blowed if I can find it.nPleae, where is it?

I suspect you mean remote content. Go to Tools/Options/Privacy and tick the box marked "Allow remote content in messages". Immediately under the box is a link which explains more about the implications.

Thanks colirv, that has not affected it one jot. Though I am sure that it was "allow remote content" that I was thinking of. Sadly, the older I get the more my brain goes addled.
