Post by: mk1 on Feb 13, 2015, 21:03:29
Is it my imagination or have the BB prices changes at some point over the last few months?

Just a thought but you could always contact them directly and sort it out, just an idea...  :eyebrow:

I suggest you read through the thread.  We were all confused as well, at the time, but I think we managed to work it all out.

Ok got it! I think! I should read before posing  :rant2: still very confusing but it's bascically saying that the basic line rental is the same than the standard line rental e.g £16, and the £6 surcharge had always being in the price of the broadband, but is removed if standard line rental is paid ??? So the cheapest ADSL pro package is £37.80 before and after the changes, the £6 can just move from either the line rental or the BB cost!

Yes, they've basically juggled things around, but if you don't change your package, your overall costs should stay the same.

If you need to ask anything else, could you do so in the other thread, please, as I'm going to close this one so we don't go through it all again.  :)
