Same here, it hasn't updated for several hours.

But as it's Boxing Day I thought I'd give IDNet a break ;)

I'm only checking it (more frequently than usual) because I'm close to my monthly download limit. But I take your point Bill (thought I wasn't going to ring them in any case!)

Network status rss feed fine here though.

I'm getting a few data errors from the main website, I've no idea when they open up again.

Probably not till the new year, but if anyone needs the RSS feed, it might be worth a call to the Out Of Hours service, as they seemed to fix the issue with emails a couple of weeks ago.

Just checked it now and it loaded so maybe someone switched it off and then on again?

Yup, same here, plus a status message:

QuoteService: Announcement
Updated: 2014-12-27 10:33:29
State: Sub-Optimal Service
Message: Early Boxing Day morning we suffered a failure on the IDNet webserver. An engineer recovered to the backup server so that the site and customer portal were operational by midday. Further work will be done this morning to ensure that the RSS feeds, network status page and bandwidth notification emails are working correctly.

Network status page is up again too, thanks IDNet :thumb:
