Since last logging into IDnet they have revamp their web page. I cannot see how I find my usage any more, I'm sure it is there somewhere, but I cannot see! :(
It's on the Dashboard but you haven't scrolled down far enough. When you reach Broadband, you will see it to the right of the phone number you are using for it. :)
I still cannot see it. All the details of my phone package are there but little information about my broadband, certainly I can find not usage. Obviously I am acting dim, no bit surprise!

You'll probably have to phone support. I had what sounds to be the same issue and the reason I couldn't find my usage is that it wasn't there to find. It had to be added.
Where as I have:

Nothing under package at all.
Perhaps I should contact the help desk.
