Title: Email addresses and new ISP
Post by: Trevor on Sep 12, 2014, 10:22:39
Hi all,
I've been reviewing my phone and broadband outlay and feel that I have to find a new deal. BT prices keep going up and we hardly ever use the phone now. I now find that I am having to pay extra virtually every month for additional bandwidth.
As a retiree, I cannot afford to continue paying out so much each month and sadly, after more than 8 years with IDNet I have decided to look elsewhere. ICUK seem to have a good reputation on ISPreview and I can save £13+ each month by placing both my BB and phone with them.
I was wondering about my existing IDNet email addresses and how long I would have to setup new ones with a new ISP? Anyone have any idea how soon I would lose them?
Many thanks.

As far as I am aware, your IDNet email addresses would remain available for as long as they are active.

Thank you both and apologies as I should have found that thread in a search.
