Is anyone else having issues with this site? Since a MSE update to my local exchange last week I can no longer get further diagnostics. It just says 'Your speed test has completed and the results are shown above, however during the test an error occurred while trying to retrieve additional details regarding your service. As a result we are unable to determine if the speed you received during the test is acceptable for your service. Please re-run the test if you require this additional information'

I don't see that message, just the usual, shortened version without the error notification.
Same response as Gary for me!

I only get that error notification when doing further diagnostics, it means i have no idea Zap what my sync rate is now ::) which is useful.
Fine here on 01326

You get the full test showing your profile speed etc when doing further diagnostics?
I've just managed the full diagnostic test after one borked attempt.
Works for me :)
I've been getting the Further Diag - JavaScript error most days, especially during office hours. It tends to complete without issue outside of business hours.
I've also found that the shortened version for standard results is often as a result of the DLM retraining... I recently had issues and whenever the DLM was re-training the results were always vague.
Although, I am only assuming the connection.

Yep, just rechecked a few mins ago.
Tried it a couple of times (different times of day) and it works fine for me. :)
My exchange had a lot of work done a week or so ago which knocked out all the 01243 codes for 40 mins some MSE migration platform thing. Chichester exchange feeds the satellite ones from around the local area, its probably due to the upgrade I imagine, as that's when it started.
