I am running Windows 8 under VAIO on my machine. The above message appears intermittently and half the screen is dulled. It goes as soon as I press a key, not a real problem, just wondered what it means and what causes it.
I imagine its a message about the type of format the screen is using. What video drivers are you using, Microsoft ones or Sony Vaio ones? Did teh Vaio come with windows 8?
