Title: Adobe updates

I seem to get a lot of Adobe updates, are they really needed or should I just ignore them ? :)

For flash? Yes update. That software gets dangerous bugs/exploits/hacks too often.

Never ignore flash updates as long as they are real ones. There has been some nasty security holes recently.

Always install Flash, Reader and Java updates as these do get exploited often.

very true, I dont need reader or Java, but id love to be able to never use flash too

Flash is targeted heavily due to its widespread use.
