I wonder if IDNet will absorb this or increase their prices?

As it says for Sky and TalkTalk customers it's a  bit of a hike.

If Sky and TalkTalk choose to pass the cost on of course. I can't believe they won't at some point, but I wonder if they'll wait until the OFCOM report is finalised.
