No idea, but there's 2,000-odd registered users, including an unknown (by me, anyway) number who are either inactive or not IDNet customers.
What's equally important is how many non-registered people
read the forum and how many prospective or current customers are encouraged (or not) by what they read.

This has been discussed before, and I seem to recall that the conclusion was that only a smallish percentage of customers use the forum, but I couldn't put a figure on it now.
