Title: Outlook 2007
Post by: Simon on Feb 05, 2014, 20:42:51
I already have Outlook 2007 on my PC.  If I install it on my laptop as well, can I get the contacts and calendar to sync with each other?

Not really.  That requires a Microsoft account, and I disabled mine on the laptop.  I don't want to sync via Google either.  I just wondered if there was a way to do it locally, via the home network, without too many complications.

you do not need to use a Hotmail, Live, or Outlook.com address. I recommend using your own address.

Yeah but, no but, All you need is a Microsoft Account. You can create a Microsoft Account for any valid email address;

I was wondering if I could do it via iTunes - but that might be a bit risky.  I'll take a look at the link, Glenn.  Thanks.
