Title: change payment details ?

Is there a way to change the credit card which gets billed ? All I can see when I log in, is billing address, can't see any options to change the credit card number ?

I've just looked to see if I need to do the same thing myself but IDNet don't store your credit card details. However this is the page you need: https://www.idnet.net/secure/portal/payment/changedetails.jsp

I think before they had direct debit as an option they used CCAs - it might be that some still exist.

Just thought, the card thats on file will decline while we wait for the new one to arrive, hopefully idnet wont disconnect our phone line meanwhile  :whistle:

I once forgot to pay one of their invoices and I just had a phone call once it was a couple of weeks overdue to remind me so I don't think they'll cut you off!
