Don't know about anyone else but the customer portal is down for me. The 503 page says 'down for maintenance or capacity problems'. I think it most likely to be the former.
Support may have posted a notice somewhere and I missed it
Yes, I can get to the main page but not the customer portal.
I've not been able to get onto the web site. Have tried several times since 23rd Dec. Pretty poor I think. :shake:
:welc5: :karma: and I agree!
From a non IDNet connection it's definitely down.
IDNet have been informed and are on the case.
Down here, no surprise, does anything that goes wrong get picked up, even over the holidays?

Hopefully someone will be along to give it a nudge soon and :welc: :karma:
The Customer Portal should now be working.
It is for me :thumb:
I'm afraid I still can't get on the web site, no doubt they'll sort it next year sometime :fingers:
Just logged on to my Portal (10:00 am Sun 29 Dec) to check bandwidth usage and my phone call to France yesterday and had no problems. iDNet web site is also available.

That will be specific I suspect for your IP address, you should be able to connect from an alternative. One for support!

Try clearing your browser cookies and possibly flushing the DNS http://forums.eukhost.com/f15/how-clear-flush-dns-cache-windows-linux-mac-machines-6337/#.Ur_2SfRdUYk
Just tried it, works OK must be your end :dunno:
OK for me too.
It works... too well. ;)
Just found out my bro visiting watches a lot of internet vids (free streams etc, no pirating!). Just put a ban on them as about to hit my cap for the first time in years since the nice bandwidth upgrades. :slap: :swoon: :)x
Thanks for the info & help. Cleared the cookies, didn't bother flushing the DNS. (better safe than sorry) Have had no problem with other sites. Still no joy, until yesterday PM. All up and running now. :) The lads at the office must have sorted the problem

I think there's a fair number of people doing that around here:

Doesn't seem to affect normal browsing, or even speed tests to any great extent... I just wonder what they can find that's worth watching :dunno:
