I have been trying to run a BT speed test for the last week and all I get when I sign in is this. can anyone tell me what the problem is please ? All my login details have been put in correct
The login name entered on this tool doesnt match that discovered by querying the network for your domain name. Please check your telephone number (or user name) and try again. If problem persists please contact your CP.
It's just BT Bill, I often see that,or the phone number doesn't match etc.
The speedtest server seems to get overloaded and spews out messages like that, it will come back in a few days .
You often see complaints like this around the forums,the BT infrastructure is getting overloaded.
