Hey all,
Does anyone else notice that there line/connection becomes unstable after BT does work?
BT was doing work in Bristol last night and my connection goes through Bristol..

As you can see, my line was stable before the 2 am work :(
I've just rebooted the modem to see if it clears things.
I'm wondering if there's another factor involved because your graph shows a problem around 11.15pm.
Hi Paul,
I have completed a test on your line for you and results indicate there may be a potential issue so have asked BT to investigate further for you and will come back to you as soon as they have completed diagnostics.
Kind regards,

Cheers Brian,
As stated on the phone, that's very unlike BT to come out and fix a fault straight away.

There was,
QuoteFollowing on from your forum post, tests indicated a possible issue with the line. BT have come back to us to advise they resolved an issue with a faulty cable between the exchange and premises
Again, this is why I like IDnet, quick at getting things sorted ;D
