I use ESET Smart Security and I've found them to be really helpful, and accessible (They are based in Bournemouth). Heres their list of AV uninstallers.

Go to "Home Support" and there is a link there that covers uninstallers for pretty much every av prog I can think of

Eset are based in Slovakia, although they may have offices in the UK

Thanks John.  I've modified the post but it's difficult to find anything more up to date.  Presumably most of the links in the post still work.
