Esp. Adam, as you know I have a BT fault on line. Engineer is coming Wednesday but still can`t ring out and ADSL is dropping every 20 minutes. BT have rerouted calls via mobile for now. Sync is only 1.6Mbit but upload is OK :)
Thanks for ringing the wife today Adam but as you now know, the fault deffo lies with BT :)

Oooh...not good mate :(
Actually, my throughput (in comparison to lower sync) is as it should be so it doesn`t really feel any different!! Just tested *cough* Sharea$a and flew in at 180+KB/sec :) Does me ..... temporarily :D

Whaaaa...!
shareaza doesnt seem to work like thamt for me ???
i know its decent (well it was) but now it takes ages for search results and ages to begin downloading?!
if only i wanted open office, i would have a use for their torrent section other than speed testing lol (700KB/s+))
Shareaza is great if it`s configured correctly. Won`t work very well if you are firewalled, you need to ensure it can access all firewalls, hard and soft. It`s great for music, BitComet for everthing else ... for legal file sharing only it has to be said as sharing copyright material is illegal. ;)
utorrent all the way man. just try the open office torrents. only 3 seeds and speeds go to the maxxxxxxxxxxx :jawdrop: :out:
Turns out I have an "underground fault". Doesn`t sound like things will be resolved in a great deal of quickness :(
How wrong I was ... up and running now ;)
