Title: Slow last couple of days

Last week or so, around peak time watching youtube video's is VERY frustrating. This is a fairly new problem as I haven't had this problem much before. What's new thats causing this? anything I can do?

The TBBQM just looks like a busy line, the other option is local congestion . Ask support, but if you can do some BT speedtests at different times across the day as supporting evidence.

Ill do some speed test at various times for more evidence.

Not good. My view is if its going to be rubbish, rather not be paying £35 for it.

Though still short of the 5mb's~ line normally handles.
