Title: 2700 PSUs
Post by: Polchraine on Mar 04, 2013, 12:20:26

I have two 2700s running as WAPs alongside the 2701 router.    I did have a third until I gave it to a friend to improve his line from about 300k to 1Mbps ...     I Scotland I have two 2700s too.   All run 24 hours/day and never a problem until ...

Finally a PSU has died on me.       I have spare 2701 PSUs but not ones for the 2700.

Has anyone actually managed to take one apart?    I just cannot beak the weld between the two halves.     I really just want to see what has failed rather than repair as I can replace the 2700 with a 2701.

A hack saw to carefully cut through the plastic?
