Quite nifty, if accurately updated.

System Status as of 8:14 AM GST
Seems a bid odd to be using 'Gulf Standard Time' and if it is its 4 hours out of date...

Just checked at it s showing GMT, nice idea for a sticky, Steve.
Mine's still showing GST, I wonder why ??
Maybe its to do with the iCloud TimeZone bug ;D
It's GST if I click on the link too.
You must be in Dubai as well then
Bet the weather is better than here in Manchester
Nope mine is still GMT.

Would DNS usage affect this? Well it will but is that a possible explanation?

It may do, Steve. Im using Nortons DNS
They're not outages,, its just a nice clear day.
:out:
I was using work's, now at home using IDNet's still says GST.
Says GST for me as well and I'm using OpenDNS
Mine now says GMT from my home ( PlusNet ) connection. The office was on a Demon ( C & W ) LLU so I guess its using the IP ( very badly!! ) to try and establish Tz

Probably because it's served you the American or other state facing IP
I've tried IDNet,OpenDNS and UnBlockUS and I get GMT each time. :dunno:
Maybe it depends on the routing rather than the original country of origin?
I'm seeing GMT now.
