why do I sometimes get email from the same person ok but other times from same person they get sent to IDNet junk folder

Surely you can just white list the email address.

I can get emails titled 'Free Kindle Books | eReaderIQ.co.uk' some days OK other days marked as spam.

the ones that were junked were from my daughter who replied to my email and were just subject line as Re:
