Title: Made the jump to LLU
Post by: pctech on Nov 09, 2012, 17:40:00
After using Freeola I decided to make the jump to an O2 LLU based service through Vivaciti as it would work out a couple of quid cheaper.

It went live today and have a speed bump up to a solid 3.6 Meg so all good so far.

However I am informed they can't offer enhanced care and its looking increasingly likely I'll be working from home over Christmas but on the proviso that if the connection goes down and I can't get it back up quickly I'll have to get into the office ASAP which of course I definitely don't want to do.

Xilo inform me they can offer this and will have an engineer on standby along with engineering support from O2 if necessary so am moving there when I can get a MAC.

Your office offers an amazing service that I'm sure a few ageing businessmen would love  :o  ;)
