Title: Peak Hrs : 09:00-00:00 or 08:00-01:00 ????
Post by: DCintheUK on Jun 28, 2007, 00:10:47
Hi...

Can you confirm that your peak hours have changed for Home Supermax?

My usage page is showing the original peak hours are 8am to 1am... but on your product description page  (http://idnet.net/broadband/default.jsp  (http://idnet.net/broadband/default.jsp)) you have:

Up to 60GB per month included for a monthly price of £34.99 (including VAT) (15GB of which can be used during the hours of 9am to midnight)

If it's changed - I'm assuming it's changed for all your existing Home Supermax customers?

Thanks...

OK, I've checked with Simon. The correct hours are as shown on the website, 9am - midnight. The accounts page is currently incorrect and will be fixed shortly.

Actually, that was a slow reply by our standards - I just wanted to make doubly sure rather than risk giving you wrong information. :)

I can now confirm that the accounts page has been changed to report the correct off-peak hours.
