It is now 4 days since my data rate went down by half and my SNR went up to nearly the same before I went to MAX. Is there any way of reseting it other than rebooting which I have done this morning. Been on MAX for 9 weeks with a stable connection, Thinks the problem started when there was a storm nearby
your profile may of got stuck. Contact support and ask them to look into it for you!
My speeds went back to normal 2 days after the storm...Id advise you to just leave your router/modem on for the next 2 days, see if that helps, if not, contact support ;)
