That story came out before the weekend.  I have to admit, I do miss the Google Maps app, and it seems a backwards step to have removed it, particularly as the home grown version is sh*t, and there's not a Google Maps app to download.

You can put a Google icon on a home page though.

Yes, I have too, but the Google Maps web app doesn't include Street View.
