Interesting situation occurred on Friday, one of my folks was working from home all day quite successfully but when I came to use the connection when I got in it was running like thick treacle.
I rang Zen and they ran tests and could see the downstream error rate was increasing and suggested the usual stuff, I disconnected the router from power for 10 minutes, powered it back up and all was OK and the error rate had dropped back too.
I can only imagine the router's CPU utilisation had spiked, anyone else seen this and found a reason for it.
