My connexion is so slow that I can barely access this forum and cannot launch a speed test. Everything was normal last night. I contacted support by email but got no answer so far.
Does anybody know if my CE - Ashford - is suffering from some fault?

There is nothing I can see about any problems in Ashford, have you tried switching off and rebooting your router.
I had a colleague this morning contact me who is also on IDnet with problems a quick reboot sorted them out.
There was some engineering works last night , theoretically it's possible you sync could have taken a hit and dumped your profile (although it's unusual )

Router stats? and try wired if using wireless.
I rebooted this morning, my connexion was fine for 10 minutes and it failed again.
I rebooted again a few minutes ago and my connexion seems OK. Let's see if it holds.
