Title: 1571 service
Post by: alancamuk on May 17, 2012, 19:37:19
Today I mailled support regarding the 1571 answering service. which we do not have.

I got a reply from support statign this service is already activated. but when I tried this evening, I get the response

"this phoneline does not have an answering service".

I'm a little confused now  :P

I have one Lona.  ;D

1571 should be free if you have a call package https://www.idnet.net/solutions/home/phone/residential.jsp then other, but it seems it's not working correctly, as I'm on a call package.

Just checked and 1571 works on my IDNet analogue line (as it's always done) - although I normally use another answering facility. I wonder if it's an issue at the local exchange?

Exchange or a server issue somewhere.
