Title: Broadband Issues Charlton Down, Dorset / Kingswells Aberdeen
Post by: herretic21 on May 07, 2012, 22:22:21
Am having a lot of hassle at Charlton Down with BT Retail re changing ISP. The problem is that they and many other ISPs have not noted the BT Openreach Briefing LLU038/07 dated 12/06/2007 (available on the internet) that explains the procedure to be used when migration or a new service is to be set up at Charlton Down, Dorset that has a TPON system. I think I am now getting there in my migration from Virgin to BT after 2 order cancellations within BT because they have not followed their proper procedure. Will keep you updated. Users in Kingswells Aberdeen will have the same problems as they also have TPON.
