This is the 330/30 trial, with expected national go-live currently 11th June.

Nor mine for FTTC. I assume they don't wait until all cabinets are in before activating the exchange? They are still installing the cabinets for my exchange.

They don't Lance, my exchange is enabled but my cabinet is not.

I would assume they have to install the kit and enable it at the exchange before they can test the kit at the cabinet because it does feed off the exchange.
