I've been trying to sort out a paymen to idnet, and went to login to idnet.co.uk
then realised I'd actually forgotten username password etc.
So as it stated I entered my phon number, and was taken back to the portal screen, with the words "forgotten password" . no email appeared, have tried on 3 occasions. nothing happening, :dunno:
Did you use a different email address when you signed up to IDNet, and forgot to change it to the address you use now?
If you give them a bell in the morning I'm sure they will sort it all out for you. I always found them extremely helpful.
