When I started using PCs, that had just arrived on the scene, but I was still using DOS. Building manual databases for the local computer college with no thanks, I might add!

:wave: :wave: Thats me ! Got it on an old laptop, it's too old and creaky to run anything else but I still use it for updating anything that needs a RS232 port :thumb:

Just checked my O.S. archive - 3.1 occupies 7.91MB in 467 files.
My Windows 7 mouse driver is bigger than that

Just before I started my current job they had just dropped support of users running 3.1 which included guiding them through configuring the Trumpet Software Windows Sockets TCP/IP stack and dial up modems as the place had its own rack of US Robotics modems for customers to dial in to access conferencing.
