Hi,

Does anyone know if a 'Credit Note' invoice from IDNet means a refund into the bank, or credit on future invoices?

I had a Idnet credit note when I changed to FTTC and it was credited to a future invoice. It did show up after a couple of days in the customer portal which invoice had been credited.
