Title: Help please!
Post by: Tina on Mar 26, 2012, 11:07:50
I keep getting disconected on windows 7. Now I know it's not idnet, cos I spoke to James.

Last fri I got what I think windows call the blue screen of death :( It said if this hasn't happened before then restart, so I did. But it coudn't find my router ( I tried 2) So I did a system restore, and it found the router again. But it keeps disconecting. I've checked for updates, ran maintanance, but it keeps  disconnecting

Sorry I've come from using a Mac to windows, and really don't have a clue what to try next.

Is there any specific error message, Tina?

Does the disconnection occur when you're using the connection, or just when it's idle?
