Tbhis morning I cannot connect with news eternal-september. Anyone have the same problem, of having no trouble? TIA

It just failed to connect. Now however the fault has changed and it asks for my password, but does not accept it. I have contacted eternal-september, and tried again with the password they sent. Hm. will have another stab at it.

What is my newsnet subscriber? I thought that was news eternal-september, no idea, excuse my ignorance. I have now gone to news eternal and reset my password to a new one, it still refuses to accept it.

No one Rik, news eternal-september is free. I only pay Idnet fro my internet.

I have discover more, it seems there is a known problem with Thunderbird, this is supposed to have been overcome with the latest version, however it is still poorly for me. I will continue to investigate.
It has started working, of its own accord. Seems that it is a Thunderbird problem, and I was so happy with Thunder bird. Where do I go next? :mad:
