Does anyone use or know of a good program to schedule downloads?

http://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/index.html

IDM gets good reviews and has a built in scheduler but I've not tried it myself.

Good old FDM (http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/). :)

You can schedule download times, set three levels of bandwidth consumption control and even schedule changes in bandwidth mode, or automatic start and/or stop of downloads.

Another vote for Free Download Manager. It does pretty much all the things that IDM does, but for free.

One thing though. Be sure to download it from the home page http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/download.htm as there appear to be bogus versions about which install and then try to charge you for the free software. Virus issues would also be a concern with copied software.
