Title: WAN uptimes?
Post by: tehidyman on Nov 08, 2011, 10:49:26
If I check my Netgear DG834Gv4 router statistics it indicates WAN uptime 07:09:10.  If however I use RouterStats telnet it indicates Total uptime (from SF counts) 3 days, 21:26:18.  What is the significance of the different values?  I noticed that ca7 hours ago there was a brief packet loss on TBBQM with a small increase in latency.  My sync rate however has been unchanged for several days and my noise margin appears to be in the same range.

WAN uptime is the time you've been connected to the 'net, total uptime is the time since the last router re-boot.
