Oddly enough at the moment alot of Apples cases are being upheld, which is not making HTC or Samsung happy.

Better lawyers?  Apple has clearly 'borrowed' ideas from Android for iOS5.

And Android has 'borrowed' ideas back (such as the dragging of app icons over another one to create a folder). Maybe Apple actual have a genuine case in some instances with regards to design etc?
