Post by: talos on Sep 20, 2011, 14:58:43
My neighbour wants to get on the internet, now retired an loads of time on her hands, I've suggested Idnet but what would the whole shebang excluding comp & modem cost to set up? at the moment she has a phone line that's all. :)

Home Starter/PAYG is £15.31pm, Bob, less if she's willing to pay annually. A router will cost from ~£20-50, depending upon needs and seller. If she were to move her phone line to IDNet, she could save a bit over BT rental and call charges.

If line is active she shouldn't need to pay connection.

I didn't when the moved line rental to IDNet.

The charge is for the BB activation, Mitch.
