Title: Asda to sell Dell computers?
Post by: Rik on May 25, 2007, 11:30:59
OK, maybe not yet, but its parent company in the US, Wal-mart, is, see the BBC (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/6690171.stm) for details.

Could make life interesting at checkout! :)

When I used to work in Tesco on the checkouts, I sold a few PC's. One of them was sold during the computers for schools voucher periods, and lucky me should have counted out the 69 vouchers. Instead I just gave him a book of 100!

You must let me know if you're going to be back on checkout - I want to be in your queue! :)

I'd never work at Tescco again, even if they paid me as much as  Terry Leary!
