Title: IDNET totally unavailable?

Never known it happen before, but IDNET phones don't work, including the 0800 number, and emails to contact@idnet.net.uk just bounce back.
Anyone else have these problems? :'(

I had that problem yesterday, or rather my mum did. Kept getting the message saying your call could not be transfered. :shrug:

Thanks - managed to get through (am on phone with them now - but indeed, none of the contact details on this page: http://www4.idnet.net/contact.html - currently work! - turns out that page isn't idnet, but is a copy of an old page!
