first i get 16 hours with no internet no ive got between 300-700ms ping and cr*p download speeds webpages load so slow it feels like im doing while defragmenting my disk i don't recall ordering dailup

nope all quite and not getting hit with a dos attack also windows is the same

Sounds like exchange congestion although this http://status.zensupport.co.uk/incident/5/2323 might have had something to do with it.
