I've noticed for some time that there is an option for downloading invoices from the Customer Account Area. This has been there for a while, but all I get is "No invoices available". Is this because it hasn't really strarted yet, or do I need to do something to get it started?

Mine has pdf copies of May and June's invoices - the 2 months i have been with Idnet. This feature has been on Customer Account area for a few weeks now and in my case has been bang up to date since day one. Could be time to phone customer services. Good luck.
